And yet I keep finding it very, very hard not to use Tumblr as a place to right about the following: feminism, social responsibility, racism, intolerance, privilege, movies that annoy me, how I feel about rock climbing, health, physical training, usability and how it intersects with the reduction of privilege, usability for evil, the way IE fucking breaks the box model at every single point, how I feel about social networking in the digital age, the weird way I feel nervous of drawing anything that could be considered to be anthropomorphic art, my background at school, bullying, being a Catholic in the modern age, being a Catholic woman in any age, feeling like I need to add a caveat to every part of my personal identity, and so on.

I have a LiveJournal for that, but for some reason Tumblr is a much easier vehicle for everything. And I started this damn thing to post art, and to force myself to draw more often. So I’m going to experiment with the queuing of posts thing. I have a bunch of art posts queued. None of them contain cassowaries right now, but there are a whole lot of leafy and weedy sea dragons.
